I’m saving the day this March!

With Purple Day approaching, 26 March 2025". Please join me on "Make March Purple".
I am joining the PURPLE HERO CHALLENGE, by wearing purple during March. This year I am going to have a family dinner party full of the colour Purple. Purple Day helps me remember how far I have come, and that I am not alone with Epilepsy.
More than 250,000 Australians are living with epilepsy that face challenges everyday. I want to help people with Epilepsy live a happy life. Together we can help spread the word.
Please join the Australia Epilepsy mission "Make March Purple for Epilepsy" Send the message about Epilepsy by wearing purple, social media or Donate.

Why is Purple the Colour for Epilepsy?
Friday 21st Feb
Purple isn’t just a colour - it’s a symbol of strength, awareness, and hope for the epilepsy community.
Purple is associated with epilepsy worldwide. This is because lavender is known as the international flower of epilepsy. Historically, lavender is linked to calm and healing, and its soothing scent is often used to reduce stress, promote relaxation, and even improve sleep.
But did you know lavender is also linked to love? In ancient times, it was used in love potions, perfumes, and even tucked into letters to symbolise devotion
