Join neurologist, Dr Emma Foster, and be a Purple Hero by taking on the Purple Hero Challenge!

The Purple Hero Challenge is completed by changing your identity/appearance to incorporate something purple every day during March to showcase your support for people living with epilepsy.

Here are some ways you might like to do this:

  • Wear purple clothing, whether it be one item or multiple items, for the month
  • Dye your hair purple
  • Paint your nails purple
  • Wear or use purple accessories for the month.

However, with great power comes great responsibility. If a Purple Hero does not turn purple on any day during March, they are asked to donate $27 (for the 270,000 living with epilepsy) to their own page for each day missed.

Be sure to share your fundraising page with family, friends and colleagues and ask them to be your sidekicks by making a donation to your page. Plus, share your Purple Hero looks on your fundraising page and social media to help spread awareness and update supporters on your progress. Tag the epilepsy organisation you are supporting and use the hashtags #MakeMarchPurple #PurpleHeroes #PurplePower

Need something purple to wear during March? Head to our shop to check out our Purple Hero merchandise for a range of items that will let your purple light shine.

Complete the challenge and raise over $1,000 to go in the draw to win an exclusive Purple Hero merch pack and $100 Visa gift card!
